What role did ‘geography’ play in the story of the Maori and the Moriori?

It's about 2 groups that split up. Then like 100 years later they see each others and fight. They didn't know that they were really were fighting there ansesters. The moriori have a bigger army and win the battle. So yeah thats what roll they played.

I know this is late but it's missing work.

I think that is is really cool how he takes a picture of it close up and it looks like it was a regular picture of people walking and camping out in the middle of the mountain area. The picture is of  tiny toys and it looks like there life sized. I think that it's really cool.
